The company was passed down from father to son and is currently in the hands of the third generation of the Deman family. The current manager Leon Deman took over the company from his father Marcel Deman in 1976. The company evolved from a simple smithy into a company recognized in the region in the field of agricultural mechanization.
In 1971 the first Brussels sprout picking machine was started. Starting from the first machine has already come a long way; Where in the beginning the sprout picking machine consisted of a small stationary machine, it has now evolved into machines with which the fruits can be harvested on site. For example, tractors are built into the frame of the machines and completely independent carriages are made using caterpillar chains.
Today, the company has 4 main activities: metal construction, mobile slow transport, engineering and agriculture.
